The American Heart Association is launching a new educational series entitled, Guidelines into Practice, designed to enhance participants' awareness, knowledge and applicability of newly released guidelines as applied to their interactions with cardiovascular disease and stroke patients. The format includes an online CME/CE program with enduring materials that will be developed based upon highlights of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy guidelines, case studies to illustrate patient applicability and resource materials. Continuing education credit will be available for physicians and nurses.
